Job Description:

Glowderma is a leading Dermatology company in India. We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Associate to join our Digital Technology team. Candidate must possess excellent customer service skills and have experience with managing and maintaining hardware and software. In this role, the Candidate will provide support for our users in a Windows, Azure, Microsoft 365 and SaaS environment. The ideal candidate will have technical skills to support Windows, MacOS, iOS and Android hardware and Operating Systems.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform routine account management functions by using Azure AD
  • Perform quality assurance for software applications
  • Provide software/hardware training to users as needed
  • Provide customer support and service to users
  • Light scripting and programming tasks as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
  • Experience using Azure Active Directory
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 (Office, MS Teams, OneDrive, OneNote etc)
  • Experience setting up network printers, servers, and domain computers
  • Microsoft 365 Certification is a Plus
  • Microsoft Azure Certification is a Plus
